Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
